The initiative is designed for educators in North American congregational or complementary settings who want to enhance use of new media techniques.

Three educators will be selected as Darim Online Education Fellows, and will work with mentors to integrate educational technologies into learning curricula. Fellows will develop an educational project using new online tools, evaluate outcomes and share best practices.

The fellowship semester, which runs from February to June, includes up to four hours per month of professional learning and additional hours devoted to the educational project.

Darim Educator Fellows will also participate in the Darim Online Learning Network for Educators.
