To train congregational school teachers to effectively integrate educational technology in classrooms by providing pre-service and in-service training in educational technology integration through JETS Israel, Inc. to a cohort of teachers from 10 Conservative and Reform congregations in Northern New Jersey, in partnership with the local Federation (JFNNJ) and JTS. The program plans to incorporate application and reflection, follow-through and support from professional coaches, peers, education directors and student interns, include an evaluation process, provide appropriate remuneration to teachers and plan for the future expansion of the program.
